By using the Herres Photography website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the website or booking our services.

2. Booking

• All sessions must be scheduled at least 1 week in advance.

• Studio hours are available during daytime, with limited evening and weekend availability. The studio is closed on Sundays and holidays.

• A valid email address and phone number are required for all bookings.

3. Session Day and Payment

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete any required paperwork and finalize payment.

• Full payment is required before the session begins.

• We accept major credit cards, but no payment plans are offered.

• If you need to reschedule, payment is still required to hold your new session date.

4. After Your Session

• Portraits will be lightly retouched within 1-2 weeks after the session.

• You will be notified when your portraits are ready, with the option to access them online or view them in person at the studio.

• Only purchased images will receive final retouching services.

• Full payment is required before any printing or ordering of products.

• Shipping is available for an additional fee, or you may arrange pickup by appointment.

5. Copyright and Licensing

• All photographs are copyrighted to Herres Photography. The purchase of digital files or prints does not transfer copyright ownership.

• Copyright licenses are available for purchase, allowing for limited use of the images. The resale of photographs for profit is strictly prohibited unless licensed specifically for that purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Herres Photography is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occur as a result of using our services or website, including but not limited to data loss, personal injury, or business interruption.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed by the laws of New Hampshire. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Hampshire.

8. Changes to Terms

Herres Photography reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
